JSC “EUROSTROI” was established on 4^th of May in 2002 as a result of merger of few partner organizations which included such construction firms as “Fronton”, “Faber” and others. The history of our company rises in 1989 from the development of the private construction segment of Moscow region where we have been successfully operating for 13 years.

Among the establishers of “EUROSTROI” company there are the people not only theoretically prepared but practically experienced in Moscow construction complex.

Principal direction of the company's activity - General contracting.

We have sufficient experience in erection of structures of any complexity by own efforts, both of solid and prefab reinforced concrete. At the present time our construction company performs full range of construction-erection works and special services.

As a prime contractor, our company has constructed over 100 buildings of civil and industrial assignment, including multi-storey apartment houses on Nezhinskaya street, Denisovsky and Leontievsky alley; schools and kindergartens on Michurinsky prospect and in Kurkino, as well as carried out reconstruction works for the following objects: cinema-concert hall “Ukraine”, five-storey office center on Makarenko street, residence of the Research and Development Center “Agrokhim” and others.

Being a large construction company, “EUROSTROI” has stepped out of the Moscow boundaries, and at present conducts dynamic construction works in the regions. Today we raise about ten objects throughout Russia simultaneously, including complexes with the area exceeding 300 thousand square meters. Our objects are unique: they are the largest objects in Ekaterinburg and Krasnodar.

“EUROSTROI” company embodies the most challenging architectural projects with high professionalism and within the shortest terms. Our managerial experience and potential enables us with certainty to offer our Customers the European level of construction quality embodied in stone, concrete and glass of the most outstanding and trailblazing projects of the architects and designers.

At present we are focused on two prior directions of our business: construction of shopping malls, retail entertainment centers and modern logistic depots.
